Whilst not quite what Shane has recommended, I still wonder if I might one day opt for a 'crank-up' aerial.

As the tools for making the 66cm 'fitting hole' in the roof are to be available at Newark please may I also borrow the 'hole cutting team'.

As it's unlikely that I would ever buy the tool myself, I would appreciate this opportunity to prepare in advance (of my decision to get a crank-up).

Liar

Previously I couldn't find the emoticon for tongue-in-cheek.

Now I can't find the one for 'gottcha'.

Alan,

The instructions 'should' be simple and easy to follow

BUT

I would appreciate a look at the task. Particularly the acreage needed on the top and the positioning of the 'ole. All information is of value, and most of it ultimately useful.

I can still remember when the thought of a car gearbox frightened the wind from me (as some might say), but after I helped a mate 'that knew' with a strip / rebuild (of a gearbox Smile) it was easy when I needed to do my own.

I look forward to meeting you at Newark.

This message without tongue-in-cheek !
