Received my renewal quote - up £85! Rang up to ask why. Seems they just renew with the same company and do not check to see if they can find a cheaper quote. Asked the girl to do so and within a few minutes, she found a new insurer (Axa) who was slightly cheaper than last year and almost £100 cheaper. Also sought other quotes but could not find a cheaper one.
So, Caravan Club remains the cheapest as it has done for many years for me but I'm annoyed that they did not find the best quote for me until I asked. |

I am with AXA through caravan club, used to be with MCIA, but had to change as they had a ceiling of £40k value.this has now changed as prices climb. they beat the club by £3. but it was with the same firm AXA.
so where has my club discount gone.
