Hi All

After clearing out the Farm of Eggs and Steak for the ralliers at the Peterborough show, I thought I had better post the egg and steak thread for Newbury. A new batch of Beef is due in on Monday next and will be ready for Newark in 2 weeks time. Eggs are £1.40 dozen and both Rump and Sirloin steaks will be available. One thing to remember is that the Rumps are whole rumps, not the cut down ones you get from supermarkets. If you think you need enough for 2 people, you only need 1 Rump. M&D got 4 from one piece. Sirloins come in two's although, some people cut one in half and freeze one. All the steaks are fresh and have never been frozen.
