Hi

I generally find about £9 per night including electric, for one adult.

Beware of extras - such as charges for awnings, tow cars etc

Most of have a notional limit.

I try not to spend over £10 unless it is somewhere special. Another exception to this rule is CC sites, but I only use those in winter where there is no alternative.

Just paid £8.50 on a CL near Cirencester with electric. Equivalent CC site at same town was £14.00. If you don't need the facilities then why pay for them?

Is it me being tight? That seems a touch expensive for a CL.

We do pay £9 at our regular one near Fareham. Apparently, it is the cost of electricity that is putting up the prices. Both these have hard standing which does make a difference particularly in the winter.
