I have tried several times to add a dealer to the database, but every attempt has failed. Not sure why, as all fields were completed. I press submit, but nothing appears in the database. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

I was trying to add the details of Travelworld RV. All the fields were completed, the MH type was selected as American RV, I entered info about their dealerships and contact details in the 'General' field, added email addresses, website, opening hours, etc. Too much detail to re-type it all here, especially without the field prompts in front of me. I've now tried three times to add their details, after someone suggested it would be helpful to other members, following a request for info about Travelworld in a thread. In particular, all the 'yellow' fields were completed, which I assumed were the mandatory ones, so unable to understand why it just ignored the entries every time.
