How can you possibly be a pain when you're talking about PIZZA !!!! Very Happy

We have the large dome cover and use that to keeep the heat in, this will allow the top to cook.

.........and will you please stop talking about pizza at 7 oclock in the morning! My collegues here are not right chuffed with me drolling at my desk! Very Happy

We use our cadac for alsorts, with Pizza keep the heat low to avoid burning the base and use the lid.

I use the standard barbe plate and the heat delector. Thats if i remember the deflector, usually find it on the floor after i have fired up.

Went away for the weekend, cooked pizza in the cadac. What can I say.....fantastic. Better than in the oven at home. Thanks for your replies. As usual, great site, well worth a tenner.
