Smile Smile We have just come back from York, left about 12 today, Sunday, no one in front of us, nothing much on the roads or motorways, much better than last year when we left on Monday and it took a few hours to get off the site. A very good show we really enjoyed it, but fed up because the guy who we bought chairs from last year wasn't on, and our friends came in their motorhome for the weekend just to buy the same chairs from him. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
Even the weather was good for us, warm enough to sit outside late afternoon on Sat & Sun and have a few beers. Laughing Laughing

We've just got back home, tried to find other MHF last night, had a good walk around with the dog but all there was to see were silver screens no posters! Sad

However did manage to get hold of a satellite T.V system and satellite navigation.
Oh! and an inverter......(Mandy spoilt me) Cool

P.S For those in attendance at the show, it was our daughter Kirsty in the Hot Tub!

Glad I didn't go to York in the end, Bella had her puppies Saturday, only five very disappointing but she is pleased with them. Cool

We were there all weekend in the disabled area, had a good look around but only saw Ben & Lizzies van but they were not there.
Our first show, amazed at the number of vans, really enjoyed it having the time to wander in and out over the three days, spent a fortune.
Cheers Sid

We saw you then Sid. You were just collecting your daughter and her friend in their dressing gowns. You had parked the van just outside the gate. We were unlocking our bikes from the fence when you did a U turn ! Didnt know it was you

Think we spotted Ben and Lizzie too, well my daughters spotted the dog. Think you were eating Pizza on the grass just behind the food court Ben and Lizzie ??? If it wasnt you then someone else has a nutty dog !
