This may or may not be of use to someone but I find it a lot easier to now slide the seats together for making up the bed.

As Nuevo owners will know to slide the bed into position means you have to push down on a lever under and in the middle of the bed box.

This is fine for one side, but the other side can lead to some funny antics.
Owners will know what I mean.

First slide out one side in the normal way, then.

I have screwed some velcro to one of the lever retaining screws and now just pull the lever down fold velcro over lever and attach.

This keeps the lever in position and you can now stand to the side of the bed and slide out.

Has anyone else found another way of doing it?

Hope this is of help to someone.

Pete

Thanks for that Pete, good idea.

Mine is the same system and I know what you mean about 'funny antics'. Rolling Eyes

- Never thought of velcro..... just had a retrofit bed insert made at autosleepers for the harmony - it is a bigger version of a fold up kitchen roll holder in wood. It fits well, but the flaps buckle under. Going to brace it with bit of wood and velcro 'hinge' - ta, H
