Same as us, the i675g. We went for the redish seats (cant remember what there called) and quite a few extras like air con, traction control, cruise, underfloor heating etc etc. Didnt go for the extra doors or colour option as thought Id spent enough. Hope you get it on time and its sorted out with Timberland. Cant wait to get ours.
Yes, I have seen the Becks Aviano and it's about the same price as the one we have ordered. Only difference is we haven't gone for fancy paint, but we do have (or should I say, hope to have ) the 160 engine.
It IS very annoying to think it's just sitting ther waiting for a buyer.
Maybe himself will be on the phone to Becks, but much would depend on the tradein price they were offering and he was happy with Timberland in that respect.
be very aware of dealers quoting delivery dates. We ordered a Burstner Elegance in March 2004 from Chelston in Wellington delivery promised September 2004 came March 2005!
Do not let your van go before you get the new one!!!
We also put a deposit on a Burstner Argos A747-2 at Stratford Show but the dealer was Gailey Motorhome Centre (formerly www.lazybits.com) at Market Dayton. He only wanted a £500 deposit and didn't want remainder until we had inspected the van and it was to our liking. He even offered to reimburse deposit if we didn't like it after first run out (in writing). He also 'knocked off' £4,000 because we didn't have a trade in!
