Its a BBQ! Just bung something on experiment and enjoy. Personally I belong to the 'sacrificial altar' brigade. Sometimes it turns out good, other times its a case of grin and bear it.

They are an excellent Barby. When roasting or using to cook pizza you just need to use the right bits. I always look in the book, the deflector is the key. If you miss this out the base plate gets red hot and burns the food. The gas controll is a bit ifffy until you get use to it.
