Whilst in the south of france a flemish friend told me that he had read an article in a french camping car magazine that stated a new restriction on free camping was soon to be introduced ie that all motor homers had to spend one night on a registered site before availing themselves of the delights of free camping areas i guess this could be one of sarkoseys edicts but do not know ! any one else read about or heard about this how on earth would the french authorities police it ?.
