If anybody is planning to travel through these areas over the weekend please be aware that Faiford Air Show is on.

The following roads will be seriously affected in both directions.

A361 Swindon to Burford
A417 Faringdon to Cirencester
A419 Cirencester to Swindon

I'm the master at turning up in areas at the wrong time.

Recent examples being Magny-Cours on the Friday evening of the French Grand-Prix, Adair Manor on the Saturday of the Irish Golf Open and the Edinburgh Marathon when needed to go in to the city centre Shocked

Ah well, we are going to a CL just outside Cirencester this weekend, although not planning to visit RIAT - Yeovilton Air Day last weekend and Kemble a couple of weeks before that are enough to be going on with.

Guess we'll just have to grin and bear the traffic. Already found it difficult to get a pitch anywhere in the area, in fact we're going to end up on a rally field opposite the CL-proper.

Hope we might catch the odd glimpse of some noisy jets. Love 'em!
