I just realised that the last two have NO Highlight. Last in fact is empty, haven't put anything in...oops... anyway I have never consciously added a picture to be highlighted they just were....so why isn't this one?

Hi carol,

I thought once you created an album and had photos in it that you could choose from the drop down box a photo for the highlight. However I have just been into my album and I see that doesn't appear to be the case now.

Guess it's been changed at some stage, mybe when you add photos it will choose the first uploaded photo as your highlight?

Hi Rita, I have never - to my knowledge - actually selected a photo for an album - so hopefully someone will have an answer, like you I thought the likeliest place was in the drop down box.

Open the album select a picture by operating the 'photo actions' drop down and 'set highlight.'

If a highlight isn't set and the album contains photos I believe one is automatically chosen

You can do similar at the top level if you have sub albums.

Frank that is what I thought - but there are a lot of photos in the 2005 album and there isn't a highlight...maybe Dave will find this and answer.

So are you saying it won't let you set a highlight for those albums?

Frank - that is correct - I can find nowhere to actually set a highlight, if you know where it is, can you tell me. There used to be a properties box you could invoke from the drop down box, but that seems to have gone as well.

Help appreciated.

I don't see that Frank. I am not sure I remember how to do a snapshot of a screen - will try ctrl+prnt scrn...

Carol

iT DIDN'T WORK.... nor copying it to Paint and then trying to add it in...but perhaps if I add it as an attachment...I'll try that.
