Hi All,

We have a Euramobil 810 ebd and would like an awning - we have had our eyes on a Kyham Motordome Excelsior...

We cannot seem to source one from anywhere - we have been told that they have sold out but khyam are making some more in October...

Should we pre-order and wait?

Any comments on how good or not these awnings are?

Any other recommendations for an alternative?

Seagull

So easy to put up,and looks good. But as you said hard to find one available
The other alternative is the Outdoor Revolution Movelite.

Hiya we have purchased one of these within the last 4 weeks from outdoor mega store. It realy is good and a lot bigger that we thought. Only problem was fitting as our m/h doesn't have a gutter. We fixed it to van with the aid os suction cup thingys that glaziers use, works a treat, can thoroughly recommend.

It does seem to be rather popular. Good luck in finding one.

I found the Movelite was in quite short supply too. Some people I tried were out of stock, and others only had one. I got mine from Outdoor Megastore, but haven't got the extra driveaway kit yet, as they didn't have one. I've tied guy ropes to the tunnel and hook them over my Fiamma wind out awning at the moment. I can post some pictures if anyone wants a look.

I fixed my Khyam to the Fiamma channel with the figure of 8 plastic strips, supplied with the Motordome, and a Safari Gusset which is about 8mm on one side and 10mm on other.they slide into to each channel.
This is the only problem with Khyam, the gusset is not supplied.I had to order that separately.
