Russian Motorhome adventure We are looking for one enthusiastic couple, finically secure, with well maintained motorhome to join us on a trip around western Russia and Belarus in July 2008

In the last two years we have done (in 2006) extensive tour of Scandinavia see http://www.ivan.co.nz/Tours/Tour06EU.htm and then we went on to travel across Russia & thro the Ukraine see http://www.ivan.co.nz/Tours/Russia%20map.htm and this year (2007)
We traveled around most of the coast of mainland Europe and UK see http://www.ivan.co.nz/t7/sofar07.html.

The final route thro western Russia is still in the planning stage and we are thinking of about 8 weeks for the travel.

This is NOT a guided tour, there is no fee, we will be each paying our own way. We would hope to be discovering and sharing new things every day.

I am a retired no nonsense owner of what was the largest professional colour lab in New Zealand who over the last 15 years has traveled extensively around the world may times and my wife ( a Electrical Engineer) speaks Russian fluently, we are both enthusiastic photographers.

So, Andrew, are you going?

Would be a coup for the battle of the vans at Beausejour next year, wouldn't it?

What do you mean you're not going? Why?

I hope someone does and tells us all about it, sadly the NHS isn't quite that accomodating. One day...

Never been here before
I´m intrigued, I´m unsure
I´m searching for more
I´ve got something that´s all mine
I´ve got something that´s all mine
Take me somewhere I can breathe
I´ve got so much to see
This is where I want to be
In a place I can call mine
In a place I can call mine

I wish we could take up your challenge - for that's what it is- Ivan but meanwhile I'm much enjoying your trip reports.

Thanks for those and good luck in your quest for someone to share the next journey.

Agree with Grizzly, wishing you the best of luck finding companions and a successful trip.

There must be someone on here up for it?
