Hi

Just got around to testing the Three modem. It is approx 10 times faster than T mobile gprs but every so often the modem kind of hangs up. It does not disconnect but just stops working and then comes back to life a minute or two later.

Has anyone else had this problem

I wouldn't know. I don't have one. That's why I don't have the problem.

Hi

Can I have a medal for the Most Helpful Answer Of The Year please? and where would you like that depositing Sir Laughing Laughing

Thanks Alex, just spoke to the Three shop, very reluctant to exchange the modem. They give three days to return or you are stuck with the contract. They need the technical department (on an 0870) to determine whether there is a fault before they will change and they are closed until Monday. Not looking good for three as far as I am concerned.

Just waiting for a call so will see
