Hi All
This might just be me, but can anyone advise?
After my poor experiences with OakTree Motorhomes, I checked the Dealer Directory and they weren't in there, so I added them but couldnt find out how to leave feedback. Reading the thread on Chelston, Nuke gave a link to the feedback section. When I looked, Oaktree were not listed! Question-are the Dealer Directory and dealer feedback completely seperate then ? (Which seems illogical.)
I added them to the feedback section, but it seems that my entry now needs some kind of approval before I can leave my feedback-is that right, or have I done it wrong ??
Last question, how do I directly access the feedback section from the homepage-it definitely doesnt seem to be linked to the Dealer Directory.
All advice greatly appreciated!

Just answered one of my own questions-my entry has now been approved. However the other questions stand. All advice appreciated.

Hi, John
Just so you don't think people are ignoring you
Are you getting confused between the dealer directory and the company directory?
The dealer directory is
Only registered users can see links on our ForumJoin Now or Login
, and when you view the dealer information, you can give a score for them. You can't leave written feedback.
The (general) company directory is
Only registered users can see links on our ForumJoin Now or Login
, where you can leave written feedback.

Why do we need two directories?

Thanks Gerald, but I must say I agree with chris-why do we need two directories ? It would be surely much more straightforward to integrate them?

I guess it would be some kind of logistical nightmare for Nuke to integrate them Lots of horrendous recoding etc

No - more's the pity
Something like this would need to be decided upon by Nuke. I'll draw it to his attention, and see what he thinks.
