Crank Up Sorted!!

Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know, maxview have sorted my crank up. As expected it was the fitter that had done a really poor job but maxview still sorted it for me which is admorable!! If only more companies shared the standard of customer service as Snellyvision and Maxview i would spend a hell of a lot more money!!! Going off in my MH this weekend to last of the summer wine country..... hopefully enjoy stress free viewing of sky+ without the bruises!!

Mine does it, I tend to wind it with the spindle rather than the wind handle.

The spindle with the long pin that does the cranking.
does not stop me using it but i have to be careful.

Mine does not actually fall off but "drops" a bit and disengages if i am not carefull when widing up

I recon the little washer has slipped... take the whole assembly off the ceiling and check the washer on the centre spindle.

Yep that was my guess, I think it's a bit loose 'll have to get a new one.
