Hi all
Ive just part exchanged my pilote galaxy for an auto sleeper executive i am happy with the auto sleeper only it has a magic sat fitted i managed to get it all working the dish finds the satelites the pictures on the tv are perfect but alas no sound ive renewed the scart leads and generally messed about but to no avail has any one had this problem? can it be solved? please let me know thanks for your time :cry:

Sounds stupid I know, but try the MUTE and VOLUME control on the TV the Digi box and any associated remote controls

You wouldn't be the first person to fall foul of this! Our customers do it all the time (then argue with us and ask "how could that have happened?" Shocked

Hi Matty, no problems at all. What about the scart lead? are all 21 pins connected? Have you tried a different TV plugged into the Digi box? or try a different thing plugged into the TV?

When you tune the TV in make sure it is PAL1 mode. A TV tuned in PAL B/G mode will give you picture and no sound.
