Another Oyster Question - German to English menu

Just bought my new Concorde Charisma 'van fitted with the latest Oyster twin LNB. Drove it back to UK from Germany. Only then did I notice the dealer had not 'switched' the remote control/on-screen instructions on the sat. control from German to English as I had asked him. He did the TV though...

Can anyone kindly guide me through what buttons I must press and words I need to scroll through to get the menu and screen options in English?

I have the instructions in English and German but neither helps (since I don't understand German).

I also need to default the satellite to lock on to the Brit Astra channels but, hopefully, once I get the menu language in English I can work that out for myself.
