News today Tmobile and 3 are to merge resources in the form of utilising each others masts. This is to fill gaps in coverage.

Orange and Vodabone (allegedly) set up a similar agreement about a year ago.

Don't hold your breath - it has not made one jot or tittle of a difference to the coverage here in Wales.

The non-contiguous Vodagaps and the Orangegaps are still there, absolutely no filling in whatsoever.

I don't suppose that will mean more 3G coverage. I'm getting fed up with reading exciting new topics on MHF only to find yet another link to YouTube that's too slow to view Crying or Very sad.

If people would just put a warning in the topic title at least we could avoid reading them. Or better still, Nuke could write a simple bit of PHP to insert it automatically if any message includes a YouTube link!

I'm going to have to sit in a car park in a place with 3G for hours watching video and downloading big files I read about on various forums Sad.
