This is an obvious solution !!!! But just in case .... here goes ...

You will need ....

A motorhome or caravan
A reasonable sized shower
an adjustable pole like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Shower-Curtain-Rail-Easy-Lock-Pole-Cube-Rod-60-110cm_W0QQitemZ110212379926QQihZ001QQ categoryZ122753QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem
coat hangars
blown air heating
adequate ventilation

all you do is put the pole temporarily up in the shower room. Hang the wet clothes on hangars. Turn on the blown air heater, open the shower vent or window and wait till dry.

In winter the heater will probably be on anyway and in hot weather just close the vents in the living area or let dry naturally.

I use a simple single tub washing machine to wash clothes,(eg ... this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CARAVAN-CAMPING-PORTABLE-WASHING-MACHINE-MINI-PO RTAWASH_W0QQitemZ330201782113QQihZ014QQcategoryZ2020QQssPageNameZWDVWQ QrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) then rinse in the bucket and ring out.

I have used this method about 4 times now and for rainy weather it works great but please check that it is safe in your van first and always keep an eye on things until you are sure.

I dont know why I didnt think of this before !

by the way, if you are extra lazy like me then you will be pleased to know that most things dont really need ironing using this method

cheers, Skratt
Very Happy Wink

Blown air heater in the bathroom - there are a large number of vans that do have this type of heater or do not have an outlet in the bathroom.

To be positive is is a great idea and we have always used a very similar approach.
