On morning tv today there was a feature about people being in their most depressed state of the year today,Jan.21st.Apparently it is for various reasons-financial,credit cards are beginning to bite after christmas, bad weather,SAD syndrome,no job satisfaction etc..
After seeing the weather forecast for the rest of the week-heavy rain, high winds, snow, and flooding I think there could be something in this.
I prefer to get out the brochures at this time of year and plan the years itinery, and also have some sort of ongoing project with the motorhome. Some people would probably like some retail therapy, clothes, things for the house, even a new m/home,I have added a poll for a bit of fun.

No credit card to worry about, retired so no job to worry about, no mortgage to worry about, love bad weather. The rain washes the 'van and I don't get up till its daylight.
I AIN'T BOVVERED !!!

sorry, Puss, but the second one especially still has me howling with laughter. If ever I see a motorhome moving....

I have tears running down my face and I am slightly purple in colour. All I can say is I should not have read Pussers Part 2 whilst at work. My Colleagues thought I was having a fit with a tissue stuffed in my mouth. Cant someone on the BBC be persuaded to write the life and times of Pusser.
I blame Russell for bringing the story up. I was in the Grumpy category until then.
