Hi

Those in the know, will know that T mobiles internet access on pay as you go is capped at Ģ1 per day.

I have found another tariff on their website. You need to send a text to 441 stating the word WEB. You will then be allowed five days of browsing with unlimited downloads for just Ģ2.50 - effectively half price. I have just sent my text and received a confirmation of what I have stated above.

I have just picked up a usb dongly broadband thingy from T-mobile for Ģ20 a month for 3gig download , if you go on everyday that works out cheaper than Ģ1 a day and is faster ( i assume that is under optimum conditions ).

Hi Chris

I spotted that too - but I am not sure if 3G is enough???

I am on T mobile at present on GPRS - it is not very quick but does the job. I would be interested to know how you get on.

Hi I use my phone on t-mobile it's a Nokia E61. GPRS is ok but when I can get 3G as at home now it is much much faster. Very Happy

Chris

Are you on 3G with T mobile or GPRS? What is the speed like using the dongly thing?

I'd stay away from Norton were I you. Slowed my pooter down dramatically and others have had all sorts of probs with it. Sad
