Hi G. Have used Tiger Nuts when fishing for carp (only in moderation though)

Cinder Toffee is beautiful.

This says something about the teeth of carp ! Tiger nuts are pretty tough !

Cinder toffee is easy to make. Plenty of recipes on the internet. I like it too- especially in crunchie bars !

Pink shrimps, but they didn't last long! Also floral gums - gave me indigestion, but it was worth it.

Black jacks and those fruit chews the same size a black jacks. They were a farthing each, but I could never understand why the shop keeper would not sell me just one, circa 1957.

What a lot 3d. used to buy Wink Wink Wink

Suenliam

The fruit chews the same size as Black Jacks were Fruit salad I think, I'm pretty sure you can still get both of them.

Do you remember the bars of Palm Toffee, 3d for a bar marked out into 8 squares, I loved the banana split. I couldn't afford the dentist bill if I ate it now Laughing
