I am still waiting to hear from Martin at Rapido Wokingham that he has got the patch on disk. To be fair to him, he did say that it might take a day or two.

I've just come off the phone with Martin and the situation is that as yet he does not have the software. It seems that Mercedes and Rapido are "debating" about who should pay the cost.
To be fair to Martin, he was only told of this fix earlier this week and, as he will have to pay the cost initially he needs to know who to recover from before diving in head first!
He expects to have the answer by the end of the month (NEC intervenes somewhat) and has promised to let me know. I'll post back on here when I hear.
Incidentally, I have a solar panel and now we have some sun the problem has gone away. However all through the winter I was having to charge the batteries approximately weekly on EHU. So clearly a problem that needs sorting.
