Hi All. Anyone got any info on the aires at Bruges? Thinking of going over for a few days but don't want to get there and find it is a dump.

Thanks

Marian

We were there for a few days in January. It was 15 euros a night. It is nothing special, next to the coach park on the ring road. The electric was 6 amp.

What is good about it is that it is only a short walk to town and is easy to find

Not a dump at all Marian, very smart, just refurbished.

A tad expensive though - €15 a night.

We were there new years eve. As billym says "short walk into town" & well worth 15euros. Much better than the old one which was free.

It's not great scenic-wise, but location-wise you can't really fault it. 10-15 mins stroll to the centre of Bruges. We're going back there for a couple of nights at the end of the month. 5th time we've used this (and the old, free aire).

Hi

I was quite impressed with the Brugge Aire, in fact I put it in the campsite database on here: Brugge Aire (ID:2877). Sorry don't know how to do one of those clever links:oops: Embarassed

I suppose it is a bit expensive but I've paid more for much worse campsites Rolling Eyes

At this time of year it is €15 for 24 hrs, so if you arrive at 10am you have to leave before 10am the following day so if you are going for the markets time it right. Wednesday is food and Saturday is a large general market. It is timed automatically so 1 minute over and you pay another €15.
Cheers Sid

Easy, highlight the page address of the internet page you want to link to. Copy the address, go to the post, click the chain link (you may need to allow scripted windows) paste in the box that apears, give it a name.

Camping Memling is only 20 Euros! 15 minute walk from the centre.

Trev.
