Hi Jacqui,

Thank you so much for the info, that was great news to read and what a bargain. I am assuming this is with the web n walk tariff - am I correct in that assumption?

I use T mobile with a datacard but I presume I can simply pop the sim card into any unlocked phone and text 441 and pay the £2.50 up front with my debit card?

Thanks again - you have been really helpful.

Sue

Does anyone know of any reasonably priced internet deals in Spain on a pay as you go basis ?. I have a UK vodafone dongle and an orange datacard. Anyone know of a sim you can buy in spain. My vodafone will work in spain but they want to charge me about £8.50 per day.

This is way off topic for this thread if you want to receive relevant replies.

I suggest you initiate a new thread in Internet Access with a title such as
'PAYG internet access in Spain' or something similar.

Trying to be helpful. Smile

Hi Sue, you dont even need take the sim out of your data card. Just go to tools in the T Mobile Communication centre and use the SMS centre. It normally works best to text when you are off line.

PS if you text alot this is a quick easy way to Text. Our kids love it as you can put a lot of text in very quick.

I have just done our 5 day for £2.50 this morning. I used it yesterday for a £1 all day as we are away for 6 days. Not bad though 6 days internet for £3.50

Thanks Richard, that is also very useful to know.

At the moment I still have credit on my T Mobile so do I have to wait for that credit to run out before I take advantage of this or can I do it before?

Also, is there a way of seeing just how much credit I have left - as at the moment I have no idea just how much of the £20 credit I put on a few weeks ago I still have left?

Thanks again.

Sue

I'm now on my t-mobile £1-per-day connection from today for the next couple of weeks, until BT pull their finger out & connect my broadband at our new place (we move on Thursday, and I've disconnected the office today ready for the removers coming tomorrow Sad ).

The mobile connection is always a great fallback.

Dougie.

Sue, To get to know how much you have left on T Mobile PAY sim, just text BA to 150. You can do this on the Data card as well. I have just done it but it only seems to work when you disconect from the internet.
