As I don't work in the industry I have nothing to gain.
We here at Oyster Sat-Tech now have a new software version (1.35) that will cure the problems currently preventing the Oyster Vision I systems from locking on to Astra 2.
Anyone with this issue should call us on 01858575928 and we will be happy to arrange for this software update to be carried out.
I suggest you pop over to Solar Solutions at Hamworthy. I expect they will be able to help with the software update as they install Oyster systems.
