I just dipped into blogs to check on something I had written and found all sorts of short entries that might come under the heading of requests for information.

I don't see how they would get much of a response in there.

Is there some way the area could be policed and blogs turned into posts on the appropriate forum.

I give these examples from the most recent list in each case I have quoted the complete 'blog'.

1. Where can i buy a lead as i have seen in Spain that not only plugs into you motorhome but have another socket to plug into from your awning. Have looked all over the net and cannot find anything like.

2. Does anyone know how to get cheap fares to Irlend in August. Compared to getting accross the chanel the Irish Sea is very costly.

3. Morning All, Feb 5th 36th wedding anniversary today, sitting in the lounge discussing where to go in our new Bolero, sadly can't go anywhere as the cab battery is flat again, does anyone know a way of connecting the leisure battery which charges from the mains lead to the cab battery to charge it, it does it when the van is being driven, just need to reverse the system.

I was advised to buy jump starter by the RAC guy but this has to be quite powerful one and expensive (£250)to turn over the 2300ltr engine, does anyone else use these jump starters??

4. hi we have a problem with our hymer its blowing white smoke and chuging and droping down to 20 mls an hour we were told it was water in the fuel had fuel filter changed and they said they had drained water of but no better they say the pump is fine just passed its mot engine check and damp test can anyone help ?

These have all been added in February. Note that there were other one liners but they might be the start of a blog.

Hi Frank

I had noticed the same myself a couple of days ago. You beat me to highlighting it. Totally agree that these should be normal posts and not blogs.

Thanks Trevor

Thinking about it a bit more on my screen if you are on the home page and look at the LHS motorhome blogs is on the screen and Discussion/Forums is just off. Now I know that I have a higher resolution than the majority (figures released by Nuke) so for most newcomers they can see Blogs but not see Forums without scrolling.

Of course I know its at the top as well but it depends how you scan the screen. Perhaps a small rearrangement might help.

Here it is

Hi All,Ive had a couple of problems with my vehical,

1.When reversing up a steep hill ,i cant let off the clutch totally because it goes to fast reversing;and i know about burning the clutch out.But the smoke from the engine and into the cabin and living smoke was terrible. This the only time i have reversed uphill.

2. My brakes squeek all the time (most annoying)

3 Fiat customer service, give you lists of fiat dealers to help with you.But when you phone they dont accomadate your size vehicle.Has anyone one?had the same problem with their motorhome?AND COULD ANYONE RECOMMEND,A FIAT AGENT NEAR LIVERPOOL PLEASE .Thankyou

perhaps some kind mod could move it if that is possible?

A main page screen re-arrangement would also be welcomed by

myself.Possibly a swap of "members ony" and "discussion".I too, am lazy

and hate to have to scroll down to get to the forums section.
