It works really well. I also prepare the photos first. Remember I have only recently had the luxury lad of 3G, prior to that I was on 56k gprs, thats since we went fulltime 17 months ago.
I use photoshop, crop to 9"x6" at 150 dpi and then use "save for web". The origonal images were large having been taken on a pro camera. It takes about 5 seconds to upload
