We finally did it. Signed the dreaded paperwork today for a new (to us) Autocruise Pioneer Magellan. After joining this site last August, I have been veryy pleased with the help and encouragement I have had from other members.

We pick it up in a couple of weeks, so give us a wave if you see us on the road.

Hi Jacquie, It would be good to meet up again, I thought that we would attend at least one rally, a) to see how we like it and b) to have someone to hold our hand when we do something daft. I've tried to look the Newbury show rally up on the calendar, but it says something like "details to be announced. Am I looking in the right place?


Thanks to all of the other respondents for their good wishes. I hope I live long enough to be able to offer advice to other newcomers in the future.

I reckon if we were collecting our 20th truck I'd still be like a big kid on Christmas Eve.
