We're looking at them as well - the distributor's site at www.rekri8.co.uk has some details of size and weight etc - I've meailed them to ask about height of the various models packed down to see if we can fit them in an external locker but no reply as yet.
We'll probably end up in Riversway as well!

I can't give you the exact packed-down dimensions as my wife is out in the van right now. However, it fits neatly under the rear facing seat with loads of other stuff. Will come back with measurements later.

We had a terrible fight last night.....my wife asked me what was on the TV and I said "dust".

You've made my mind up for me I think, maybe, possibly......
I'm going to have to go & have a look to be sure but they look good on the web, & I've seen one for 39.99 which looks a bit of a bargain, too good to be true maybe?

£39.99 is possible and, yes, I'm sure it will be a bargain. There are many members on MHF with all sorts of BBQs and they all seem to do a good job. The Cadac works well for us.

I've heard all sorts of good remarks about the Cadac so they must be good.
However if you are anything like me then BBQ's like the Cadac takes a little assembly and disassembly each time and if you use the various accessories can be a pain to keep clean. We purchased a Grill to Go portable by Thermos. It has a solid griddle as well as a flat area. It takes the little gaz cannisters or connects up to the Propane bottle and it folds into a suitcase size - assembly or disassembly in less than 10 seconds. For me a very strong point is that once opened up it is rock solid and won't fall over at the drop of a hat. They were around £90 when we bought ours from Focus however I noticed the other day that Brownhills Accessory shop were selling a similar type for £59.99 - although instead of the legs folding in as they do on the Thermos, the Brownhills one had a folding pedestal. I think the name on the top was a Sunn something or other

If you use a charcoal Barbeque indoors you are lilely to poison everyone! Carbon monoxide is produced and it is extemely poisonous , and odourless . Use outside only ( under awning cover perhaps.
Don
The Cobb is safe to use inside once it has got going
