Todds at Preston

Just back from doing the rounds of the dealers to find our new MH. Went into Todds on friday to have a look - they did get MMM northern dealer of the year - OK it was late afternoon but the sales people were all congregated in an office enjoying a joke among themselves, ignored us asking for information then turned up at the van we were inspecting and said "we are putting the lights out so you will be stuck here in the dark". Yes it was close to closing time and they wanted to go home but perhaps a "unfortunately we are closing soon but is there anything I can help you with" would have been better.
Needless to say we walked away and bought a van from someone else the next day - their loss.
If this is the standard of the northern dealer of the year heaven help the rest!

Have you tried the old Barron's place at Copphul ?

They weren't over-staffed last year but pretty good when you caught a bod.

It was a "here are the keys, call us when you want help" place, I personally like that.

I know you'll probably think there's no point now but it may be worth dropping a line to their MD and telling them why they missed out on a sale.

Also- have you added it to the Company Directory??
