Hi Joan,
Good news about the TV. I thought it would be tight but now you've confirmed that it fits I've ordered one today. I can understand about not wanting to drill into the van because I feel just the same. I'm going to the South of England show at Newbury in 3 weeks time and I understand that some suppliers will fit things during the day for you. I'm hoping to get our Gaslow cylinders installed (by CMR) as well as the status aerial, but I need to find someone to do the aerial for me. Maybe you could do the same at Peterborough.

Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris,
As we are going to the Peterborough show, which is obviously before the Newbury one, we are going to browse and see if we can both buy and have someone fit our aerial as you are going to do, so we will let you know how we get on. Still undecided about which aerial though as, reading through all the 'blurb' a status 530 is the one for the U.K. we are still trying to sort out what happens when we venture further afield. Hopefully all will be revealed at the show this weekend,
Joan

hi Chris

we also picked up our Nexxo T660 from Darlington Discover on the same day as you i think we were probably 1/2 hour before you, i must say that i found the staff at Darlington extremely helpful and i would certainly recommend them to other customers.

since we picked it we have been out in it every weekend, took advice from this site and stayed in it the night we picked it up, to date i have have not found anything wrong with it, everything worked first time and we absolutely love it.

luckly we are able to go out in it every weekend so we think that we have tested everything in the MH, i hope you are enjoying it as much as we are.

Adrienne

Hi Adrienne,
Although we didn't see you they told us that someone else was there picking up a Nexxo. I would agree with everything you say. The handover at Discover Darlington was excellent. Very nice people to deal with. Like you we are delighted with the MH and everything works. It's great to drive as well. I think there must be about 5 of us on here who have just picked up (or are about to) a Nexxo T660. Hoping to get away this weekend though not sure where yet. Probably The New Forest.
Thanks
Chris

Hello all new Nexxo owners,
We have now had 5 outings in our van and are still loving it. We went up to the Peterborough show and had a browse around all the vans but still found ours to be the best, apart of course for the enormous, huge, great big American R.V.s which are far too big for us and costs far too much for us! We bought loads of bits up there, including a status 530/10 aerial which we (or at least the hubby did) fitted when we got back yesterday and the picture on our new Avtec 153D telly is wonderful, can get all the freeview channels even though we are parked between two high buildings so we are chuffed.
We saw another Nexxo at the show, on the camp site I mean, but didn't catch sight of the owners, perhaps it was another of us who picked our vehicle up from Darlington in March!
