Patch, our 2007 Apache 700 (Reg T2 LUT) has been stolen from the drive at home (Shropshire) whilst at work today!

Initial thoughts are that we were followed home from Stratford yesterday, they watched the house overnight, and broke in when we had gone to work.

Searched the house, and apart from a few "opportunist" items, only took the keys.

Please keep an eye out for Patch, although I fear he may have started his continental tour a few months early by now!!

Please note that, whereas in the second picture Patch is sporting a white water cap, at the time of being stolen he was "wearing" a black one due to his owners carelessness at an aire last summer!

A dog is truly a man´s best friend.

How do you know?

Lock your wife and your dog in the boot of the car for an hour, and see which one of them is still happy to see you when you open it!

I know how you feel, mine was stolen last October, I just hope you have better luck than me with your insurance company, mines been nicked for 6 months and I still hasnt been paid out, under investigation I think, dont know cos nobody tells me anything, only that they know it wasnt a fraudulent claim.

Anyway, with anyluck the thieving toerags will catch something horrible and suffer a long slow and lingeringly painful death.

I'm going to get some stick for posting an unsympathetci reply about the underpriviledge thieves being forced to steal by unforseen and tragic circumstances.

Had ours stolen a few years ago.Nearly had heart attack over it and the hassle I subsequently had with insurence co!!Hope you don't have same.I also have bought from a garage a motorhome that turned out to have been expertly ringed(given a new ID)Sorry reporting it to the Police was \a waste of time and I could write a book about our experience. The Dealer was known to the Police,Had previous convictions.Had lied in both his adverts and verbably to me.Continued to lie when arrested. But no charges were brought and I have had to sue through the Courts.I won my case and the Dealer was ordered to pay meŁ12.000 but of course we hav'nt had a penny and are not likely to.We have bought the vehicle from the insurence co so now own it but of course it is on the stolen/recovered register and with little value!Courts can't enforce payment. We've been to Court a total of 7times

So sorry to hear your motorhome has been stolen, you must be absolutely gutted. Will keep an eye out in case it surfaces in Scotland.
