click on model plan to see specifications 100 inch wide seems OK (but needs to be on approved list) the GVWR is 22,000lbs means an HGV licence if my conversion is correct although another advert from the owner placed in January 2008

suggests you can drive it on a pre-1997 car driving licence! Another advert suggests its a 2007 model. There's a 38-foot one for sale in the UK here

Could be wrong but this could have been advertised for a while.
But if he is selling it new unused it has to be ,over here or in the States.
Price looks pretty good and if you are interested ask him to register it and get the LPG conversion and electrics converted in the price.
Its a lot of RV for the money compared to what you have to pay for a new European motorhome |
