Hello Lionel,no I am competing on the Manx Rally!17th to 19th July.I have an Ace Roma which I tow my trailer and rally car with,although I wont be taking the trailer to the Manx I just wanted to know if anyone had any problems with the angle of the loading ramps.Peter.

Hi Peter, just before we changed to our present m/h (sorry a Rapido ) we had a Royale 630 Ensigne, now if the overhang on the 630G is the same then you have no problem, or put it another way we did not when we sailed from liverpool.

From a coach point of view, the ro-ro ferry operating ex Douglas and Heysham is no problem.
I have not travelled on the high speed catarmarans.

Edit - just thought ot something. If you are on the conventional ferry on a day crossing, I would advise booking a cabin. The passenger lounge areas on the Ben My Chree (ro-ro) are, well, not the most expanse.
