I have Nno problems with AOL but then I only use them for broadband connection, then IE for surfing.
If you have problems, try after 6pm its only 1p a minute then and keep trying to be connected to Ireland Help desk, those chaps are brilliant unlike the indian call centre who are totally USELESS.

Computer freezes with AOL. No problem with IE. Think it is something to do with MHFs new POST REPLY button. I also cannot send a PM
That's strange, John. The new button is just a new graphic - the code 'behind' the buttons (to operate the various functions) looks the same. We've asked Nuke to provide a definitive answer for you.
I wonder whether it's a change with AOL? Mind you, the AOL browser is (or at least, used to be) Internet Explorer in a different skin, like some other browsers around. It's probably one of the security settings that's stopping it.
Out of interest, does anything happen when you click on the button? Or when you hover the mouse cursor over the button, do you get the code (something like

I hate AOL even more than my leaking juddering Peugeot
That is some hatred Waaaay back in the mists of time, when I was on AOL (my very first ISP), I used to connect with AOL and then use IE to actually do anything. I hate people putting things between me and what I want to do. Now, I think I'd probably use Firefox or Safari rather than the AOL browser.
