If anyone is knocking about the Shrewsbury area, the park and ride site is £1.20, including parking and also the return bus fare.
I have today used the Oxon park and ride site with the car. There is a height restriction on 2 metres, but, there is a sign stating that motorhomes and caravans can access the parking area, by unlocking the height thing. Keys for the latter are available from the bus drivers.

Brilliant Shrewsbury visited not long ago sign up for Motorhomes ask Bus driver for access which id did just directed me to park on the front of the car park without having to open height bar.
Sent a letter to my local Authority asking why they cannot be as thoughtful as Shrewsbury.
