After reading all the horror stories about after sales service with some motorhome dealers i feel i must tell you of my dealings with Simpsons of Great Yarmouth.
All through from the first aproach to buy to the present day i have had nothing but excellent service and always a cheerfull smile.
I have had problems with the motorhome and some of what i would call major problems but they have always dealt with them very efficiantly.
I bought my van in April 04 and have now just returned from having some work done there on gaurantee even though that ran out last year they still did warranty work on what was considered poor original workmanship by Autotrail.
Living 270 miles from Great Yarmouth but having bought at the NEC show would i buy off them again ?? yes definately it has been worth the drive over there to receieve such good service.

Well said.

Problem is this is not going to start a stampede of "Well saids" is it. There's nothing to comment on really.

Quite different if you said "the fridge exploded and they told me to **** off". Now you would get a whole host of "Oh yes, my fridge explodes every time I flush the loo".

This is why we *appear* to be a load of whingers, but the truth is it is so hard to debate a none event like good service. Pity really.

It is good that people do post good service, even if we don't comment the name will be noted.

Yes i agree with you we do tend to be a nation of wingers and only take notice of the dramas and complaints but i feel that if we get half decent service then it should be recognised.
