Just had some Waitrose Green Thai Chicken Soup for tea, and it was absolutely delicious. Not cheap at £2.99 a tub, but Mrs Zeb spotted an offer and got two for the price of one.
We shall happily buy them at the full price, especially as it is such an easy and delicious meal when in the van. Probably even better in winter as it is fairly peppery.
Mrs Zeb was recently chatting to a Thai lady who said she couldn't improve on it if she made it herself.
