I bought a Silverscreen from the company in Cleckheaton three years ago. Recently I noticed a seam had come undone about 2 1/4 inches in length, a minor defect really. I telephoned Silverscreen Tuesday who told me to send it back to them which I did and received it back today ie within 48 hours repaired - no charge. A really first class service - here is a product and company I can highly recommend.
