Hello, we get our motorhome next week but whenever we try to insure online it says that it must be created for the UK market and our motorhome isn't shown. Can anyone suggest where we can get reasonable insurance for this please, we'd be really grateful.

Hi

Rather than trying online, phone the companies.

Safeguard is one, Caravanguard another, NFU, Adrian Flux etc.

Keep us posted.

Also, theres the camping club and the camping and caravanning club, they insure.

Dare I say it, although I am currently in dispute, comfort insurance brokers, ( I dont know how I typed that without feeling ill) insured my LHD ancient fendt, ( German truck) so it shouldnt be a problem to get insured, at least from the imported point of view.

we've been with mcia for the past few years but the price didn't come down much as the ncb went up. went with comfort this time but am wondering if it was wise after bandaids reply.

Try giving Adrian FLux a phone call. I am insured (cheaply) with them and they are reputed to give good service
