Hi All
If anyone is intending staying at the Bus park Aire overlooking the ferry port please note Motorhomes are only allowed to park in the first 4 bays. Parking in any other area will now cost you a 35 Euro fine. Needless to say we found out the hard way. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad
Never mind we still had a great holiday.

Hi R/M,

It's not an official aire but parking is tolerated out of season in the bays marked for tourist coaches. The reserved parking parking for tourist coaches is from 31 March to 15 Sept.

So are you saying that four bays are marked for motorhome parking within those dates

Hi Don
We along with about 12 more were all given parking tickets & we were told by the police that parking except for coaches is now forbidden in any bay except the first 4 at any time of the year. We were led to believe that this had just come into force on the 5th of May they were also giving tickets to local cars parked in these bays although there were no coaches parked.
