Problem with accessing Chatroom

No idea why and how but cannot access the chatrooms. When I click it just seems to hang says done at the bottom but there is no content in the screen. Was working fine but now not. Downloaded Flash and shockwave but that didn't help. Deleted cookies and got in but after I came out cannot get back in Shocked Shocked

Help anyone am missing my chats!!
