Hi, we have a 2000 Bessacarr e705, and wish to buy a towbar.We have seen second hand ones advertised which fit 'most alko motorhomes'.
Are they van specific ?

as an ex E705 owner the chasssis on this model is a fiat 14 with extened platform under the bathroom. The only towbar arrangement to fit is the one made by PWS of poole and very good they are too it comes with a T bar to protect the rear and a tow ball and electrics .

PWS wanted £525 & the van for two days (PLUS A SEVEN WEEK WAIT).
I phoned around but not much luck so I took the van to my local towbar fitter, total cost £400 with electrics.
anybody out there have a motorcycle carrier for sale????
