I had my Clubman serviced, whilst I waited at Cordwallis, Heathrow branch. Done well and no problems, extremely pleasant and polite.
Before buying from independents check VW prices you could be in for a surprise! Electric door locks and window kits were cheaper than independent suppliers and guess who has bought himself a set of VW full hubcapes as well? They really do look so much better.

I was supprised at the price of my 'continental touring kit' - mud flaps and side window deflectors - quit reasonable and come with the VW logo too.
