| Having purchased our M/H in January 08,after our first outing we noticed that the side window blinds failed to retract correctly when returning them to the open position so we reported this to Marquis at Preston who ordered replacements from Autocruise. After several weeks the new blinds were delivered to my home, unfortunatley they were the WRONG size, they had sent blinds for the Starfife, ours is the EL version. Despite being sent the required correct sizes, the new ones are two feet to small. New ones were re-ordered by Marquis and we left for our holiday in Spain and France. On our return 8 weeks later,we were informed by Marquis the new blinds had arrived ,so off we go to Preston. To our total dismay we find Autocruise have sent the same WRONG SIZE AGAIN. It seems that the staff at Autocruise are totally incapable of reading instructions.I have spoken to customer service at SWIFT as Autocruise are now part of the SWIFT group ,but they say the matter is for Autocruise to resolve. I would be very grateful if the senior management at SWIFT could help resolve this for us. I must say that the staff at Marquis have done everythig they could do to help and No blame in our opinion is theres |

Hi this is only a sugestion but could it just be a case of tensioning the blinds? that is a pretty simple diy fix perhaps? or the people at Marquis may do it for you ? or I see you are in w/yorks so the factory is in Swinton/Mexbrough,perhaps worth a phone call ?

Can ANYBODY please help I have a box with the flyscreen and holder and a box with the blind and holder. These fit into the existing cassette. This is now the problem of fitting the flyscreen to the holder and fixing the blind to the cassette. The blind is the corrugated paper type, and the flyscreen is the gauze roller type. This problem has been ongoing since April. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP yours wallis |
