Does anyone know where I could obtain a copy of this book which is totally sold out at the publishers? Second hand maybe ? I know there is a new edition coming out very soon but I am going on holiday very soon !!

I bought mine a couple of years ago. If there is an area in particular you would like info on, I will have a look in the book for you.

I would suggest EBAY and AMAZON for a used book.
